VIN News, in conjunction with community activists, is offering a $2,500 reward for any individual with information leading up to the capture and prosecution of the attempted rapist of the Williamsburg women. We are aware that the victim entered his car at the bus stop on Kent Avenue and he drove around till Adams Street, where the assault occurred. I really don't think that $2,500 will make a heimishe guy turn a brother in. (for the type of guy who's a good friend and wouldn't turn him in w/o a reward)
