Ohio - Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney says he may be defeated by President Barack Obama in Tuesday’s presidential contest, but it’s doubtful.

Speaking at an Ohio rally Sunday afternoon, Romney said that it’s possible, but not likely that Obama will win. He was responding to supporters who booed when he speculated on the consequences of an Obama second term.

Polls suggest the race is very close. Both campaigns predict wins.

Romney is campaigning in four battleground states on Sunday, including Pennsylvania. Romney’s visit follows the decision by his campaign and its Republican allies to put millions of dollars in television advertising in Pennsylvania during the race’s final weeks to try to make it competitive.

No Republican presidential candidate has carried the state since 1988.

Do I already hear a concession? That was quick.

Doesn't Romney know that he is supposed to stick with the right wing narrative:
"they didn't win, they stole it from us!"

He may be surrounded by stars but that doesn't mean that he can read them. Who can say for sure one way or the other? One can merely speculate... President Romney. Hmm. Has a nice ring to it.

That's probably the only way the obummers could win!

There is already reports of fraud in Ohio and other areas where the obummers and axelrods are trying to steal the election Chicago style.

Are you allergic to facts? he is obviously staying one.
Any person with a shred of honesty that has been watching the campaigning knows that it can go either way.

One very good reason to not vote Obama is the bitter closed-mindedness of his supporters.

They cannot even bare mention of anything not in agreement with themselves.

My prediction is an Obama victory because his storm response has been compared favorably to the Bush New Orleans fiasco.

You are confused. This is the left wing narrative. If Romney wins, you will hear it loud and clear.

FYI: When the government tells you to evacuate, it is not their fault if you don't. It is 100% YOUR fault.

When the weatherman tells you to stock up on supplies before a hurricane and you don't go fill your cars with gas, stock up on water and buy batteries for lights, that is YOUR FAULT.

It is amazing how the fake conservatives (yourself included) are the first ones to walk around talking about personal responsibility... that is until you don't have gas/power/heat, etc. Then all the sudden you expect the GOVERNMENT to spend its time and resources to intervene in private industry. LOL

You phonies have NO CLUE what Conservatism is, you have NO CLUE what the realities of government are, and you are only against "entitlements" and "government intervention" when it benefits you. When it benefits someone else, you call it "socialism" (as if you know what the word means).

Once again esther, you proudly display a level of ignorance that leaves us all cringing with shame for you.

Romeny sees the writing on the wall. There are stories tonight that his own pollsters have show him losing by 2 percentage points in the popular vote but an even larger margin in the electoral votes. The mood among Romney's senior staff went into a deep gloom earlier today and they are now just going through the motions so that they will get their final paychecks later in the week.

any true conservative, not libertarian, will tell you that the main job of the goverment is safety and protection.new orleaners were told to evacuate too late, the roads weren't opened so that evacuaees could use the opposite lane to travel out and there wasn't nearly enough public trasportation for those who rely on it.many buses stood idle while people were trapped.this wasn't only about those who did't heed the warning;it was about those who couldn't.one day perhaps, you'll be able to carry on a conversation w/out hurling needless insults.didn't your mother teach you any manners?

there is no need for name calling and in fact it's suppose to be against vin rules.it was feared the barriers wouldn't hold.that's not the ultimate reason for the fiasco.

The FACTS show that your story is 100% fiction. People waited until it was WAY too late to leave and then they all wanted to get on public transportation which was no longer available. The stupid people waited for the MANDATORY evacuation instead of heeding the voluntary evacuation and taking some responsibility for their own lives! Those who left the day BEFORE when they were advised to leave got out just fine.

You phonies have no idea what Conservatism is, and the movement's founder William F. Buckley, used to laugh at people who would claim to be 'conservative' only when the 'benefit' was going to someone else, but they expected the government to intervene whenever THEY were the ones in trouble. He said that the greatest threat to our nation was that kind of "ignorance".

The worst part is hearing from imbeciles who will quote Levin, Limbaugh, Hannity and Beck about personal responsibility and not relying on the government. They are the ones screaming the loudest about how the GOVERNMENT should do something about long gas lines. As if the government has some control over the rations imposed by your local gas station. LOL
