New York, NY – Alternate side parking rules are suspended Monday, November 5 due to Hurricane Sandy and Tuesday, November 6 for Election Day. All other parking regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.

Someone must’ve knocked some sense into this mayor. With the gas shortage that’s going on now, why didn’t he suspend ASP to begin with? Why did I have to be nervous all day worrying how I’ll be able to move my car with so little gas left in my tank?
I want ASP to be suspended till the gas crisis is over!
