Palestinians extinguish a fire after an Israeli air strike on a car in Gaza City November 14, 2012. Hamas's military chief was killed when his car was hit by an Israeli airstrike on Wednesday, the Palestinian Islamist group said, with multiple Israeli attacks rocking the Gaza Strip. Hamas said Ahmed Al-Jaabari, who ran the organisation's armed wing, the Izz el-Deen Al-Qassam, died along with a passenger after their car was targeted by an Israeli missile. REUTERS/Ali HassanJerusalem - The Israeli defense forces today targeted Ahmed Jabri, the head of Hamas’ military wing, in the Gaza Strip.
Jabri was a senior Hamas operative who served in the upper echelon of the Hamas’ command and was directly responsible for executing terror attacks against Israel in the past.

You have it all wrong. The IAF arranged an outdoor barbeque because Ahmed had earned the right to be guest of honor. Certainly, he was driving to get his 72 friends.
I studied the photo to find evidence that Ahmed had arrived. When I did not see Ahmed there, I realized that this was a case of bosor sh'nisalaim min ha-ayin.
