REUTERS/Ronen ZvulunJerusalem – Defence Minister Ehud Barak, signaling stronger Israeli military action against Palestinian militants, said on Thursday they would be made to pay a price for firing rockets toward Tel Aviv.

“This escalation will exact a price that the other side will have to pay,” Barak said in broadcast remarks after rockets were fired toward Israel’s commercial capital in attacks that caused no damage or casualties.

An Israeli security source said one rocket, which triggered air raid sirens in Tel Aviv, landed in the sea. The military said another rocket fired at central Israel struck an uninhabited area in the Tel Aviv suburb of Rishon Lezion.

See Tehilim kapital 127 “im hashem lo yishmor ir shov shokat shoimer”. Since they are forcing the lomdey torah to close the gemora and go to the army and defend the state of Israel. Hashem is removed from the picture of defending Israel and this is the price.

I just can’t comprehend the thought that those in Kiryat Malachi are less equal than those in Tel Aviv. An attack on Israel is an attack on all of Israel

that’s what this israel is up to! When rocket fire was raining on sderot and all of the “settlements”, they had no big problem. “careful not to escalate”!. Now tel aviv is more important! here they have to fight back already! BUMS!

(Reply to 17 13 5) we will answer you just what the Holy Chazon ish answered the Apikoires Ben Guryion, you all have an opinion how defend are nation but the way of the Torah is the older way and will stick with that.
If you think that Isreal can’t defend themselves without listening to the Torah, and without hashem then you are just an Apikoires and just not seeing the truth,
Just open you are eyes and see there is no other solution just to do tushiva,do you see any sulotion without hashem could Isreal fight hundreds of Arabs nations without hashem, I wish you all to just open you’re eyes and see the truth of hashem and his Torah.

I live in Montreal I have kids in Israel who were raised in Yeshivas, learned Torah 16 hours a day and today they are in their twenties and are serving in the IDF.

I myself am not religous although I was raised in a very religious home. My parents were survivors. My youngest serves in the tanks, where I dont know, I dont ask. I pray for him and his fellow soldiers, When he graduated from Tank school at the Latrun command last September, he send me a picture of him standing there with his fellow soldiers, He was there in his payos and beard, I didnt see other frum soldiers with him. The other soldiers were without any yarmulkas, beards etc etc. They stood there thin as rails, but strong and tough.

Yesterday when I looked at your web site, I saw pictures of destroyed Jewish homes with blood on beds and on siddurs. That picture brought it to me very very clearly. If you live in Israel and you refuse to protect the country thru some sort of service, then God will deal with you. It is his land. He doesnt take kindly to those who do not respect it. I dont care what anyone believes in , but push is coming to shove.Everyone needs to help.
