Gaza – Sales of a citrus-scented perfume marketed in Gaza have soared since it was named in honor of the rockets that Palestinians shot at Israel during a war last month, the manufacturer said.

“M-75” perfume, which comes in men’s and women’s fragrances, is named for the missiles Hamas shot at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in an eight-day conflict that killed more than 170 Palestinians and six Israelis, ending with an Egyptian-brokered truce.
Although both sides proclaimed victory, and Israel said it had halted rocket fire at its towns, many in Gaza take pride in militants having shot a rocket as far as Tel Aviv, the longest-range aerial strike by the Palestinians so far.
“I hope the smell is strong enough for them to whiff in Tel Aviv and remind the Jews of the Palestinian victory,” Ahmed Hassan, a customer from neighboring Egypt, said as he bought 30 vials of the perfume as souvenirs in a Gaza City shop.
What they don’t know is that it was made in the Jewish settlements and contains cyanide poisons. Hope they sell out.
Nice! But tell me…..they complain of poverty, but they have money for this naarishkeit???
These people are so weird. They think because an Israeli soldier was kind to them while they throw rocks, and didn’t shoot them that they get a yasher koach. Israel could have flattened all of Gaza in 5 minutes, but because they shot a flimsy rocket at Tel Aviv, they have achieved some great triumph. They literally are irrational and don’t think like the rest of us do. This probably explains the backwardness and dysfunctionality of all their countries. They mamash can’t process reality.
Maybe Israel can develop an iron dome fragrance that smells like the cooking aromas from the houses that Arab missiles were prevented from hitting.
Sad to see how they partake in merchandising an item for retail sales which represents a weapon used deliberately to target civilians.
Seems there’s plenty of money in Gaza for such things, not the abject poverty that the media portrays.
Kind of like selling napalm perfume in the US in the 1970, which no one would consider appropriate.
I hope this fragrance is of the explosive kind. Spray it on and light a cigarette. No more settlement issues.
Now Israel can target whoever has the M-75 🙂
This has hot to be one of the funniest stories I have read in a long time. It’s cute to see the desperate attempts of certain people to distort reality.
