Cairo, Egypt - The Al-Karama (Dignity) Party on Tuesday condemned the statements of high-ranking Muslim Brotherhood official Essam el-Erian after he called on Jews who immigrated to Israel from Egypt to return to their native country and leave the land to the Palestinians, Palestinian News Agency Ma’an reported.
Ma’an quoted Khalid Arafat, Secretary-General of al-Karama in northern Sinai, as questioning how the Brotherhood could fail to wish Egypt’s Coptic Christians a merry Christmas whilst simultaneously reaching out to welcome the Jews to return to Egypt.
