Jerusalem - Arab Youth Tries To Stab Charedi Man |
|
Jerusalem - An Arab teenager from the Palestinian territories attempted to stab a haredi youth in Jerusalem on Monday afternoon but was unsuccessful.
Police spokesman Shmuel Ben Ruby said the suspect had nationalistic motives and was attempting to carry out a terror attack.
The incident took place around noon at the intersection of Highway 1 and Nevi’im Street. Ben Ruby said the suspect tried to stab the haredi youth but did not penetrate through his coat and therefore did not injure the youth.
After the suspect failed to stab the haredi youth, he fled the scene. Police apprehended him on Sultan Sulieman Street and took him for questioning.
Ben Ruby said police are still investigating whether or not the suspect is part of a terror organization or acting independently and currently have not raised the alert level.

Whether or not it is eventually determined that that this terrorist worked for a larger organization or did it on his own, the fact that he committed a terrorist act is clear. Why use tricks to describe his intent?
Those same tricks are used here in the U.S. After criminally sneaking in here form Mexico, they are then called, "undocumented workers."
