    Its so over-hyped its ridiculous. The Sanitation department drives the same streets & same routes at least twice a week to collect the garbage & “clean” the streets during alternate sides – they just going to do the same now with snow plows.

    I find it amazing that the officials had to estimate the number of miles. One would think that any official worth his salary would know exactly how many miles of street NYC would have.
