London - A husband an orthodox Jew from Hendon, North London hid abortion pills in a sandwich and gave it to his wife in a desperate bid to kill their unborn child, a court heard yesterday
Anat Abraham, 41, eventually gave birth prematurely to a healthy son, Matan, now eight months old.

Why assume whether the husband is orthodox or not? AND - why not wonder what his circumstances are? Anyone reach out to him and enquire what's going on?
Why the desperation!
Without knowing the facts - you cannot surmise whether or not he is or is not orthodox!
