It is a stupid idea to answer to those who think, when you do something wrong you're caught and he deserved it and all those junks and so on. Pray to Hashem he should never test you with what you could handle. And you should never be preyed on by others. And for a blind man never dig a hole for him to fall into. Good Luck
PS Go back into the line where common sense was granted.

The Judge is not allways an anti-semit
but JUDGE COLLEEN MCMAHON IS AN ANTI0SEMIT
PLEASE READ THIS
http://www.21centuryantisemitism.com/about-us.html
Anyone in the United States charged for any crime in U.S. Courts is entitled to a fair trial before an impartial tribunal or judge. This right is a fundamental right that cannot be denied to anyone, and is essential to preserving the integrity and public reputation of the judicial process. Racism has no place in society and should not have place in the Courts of the United States.
The publication by Mr. Mordechai Yitzchak Samet has revealed an interesting fact about Federal District Court Judge, Colleen McMahon, sitting at White Plains. The evidence in the publication showed that Judge McMahon harbors very deep anti-semitic feelings. Her hatred for the Jews is shown in the way she has handled Jewish defendants. Judge McMahon has also written a journey book entitled "The view from Gabbatha". In her book she has used degrading and insulting words to describe the Jewish founder, Jacob.
She stated in her book;
"Jacob always struck me as someone worthy of a kick in the pants, never mind crack on the hip. Jacob was a liar, a cheat, a trickster, a cad, a coward, a thief and an ingrate. He was envious, arrogant and crafty. He played favorites."
Judge McMahon went further to call Jacob "a despicable creature". Reading the publication by Mr. Samet and reading Judge McMahon's journey book, we came to the conclusion that Judge McMahon is too biased towards Jews and therefore not qualified to be a Federal Judge, especially in cases involving Jewish defendants.
Before we read the publication, we had naively believed that the United States Federal Courts were filled with the finest men and women, who have sworn an oath to uphold the law and to administer justice without fear or regard to one's race, religion or gender. But, we were all wrong. By reading the publication we learned of the existence of anti-semitism in our Federal Courts. Armed with this knowledge, we decided to pull our resources together and fight against anti-semitism and all other forms of racism in the Federal Courts.
We are not an organization. We are just a group of people coming together for a common cause. Our goal is to expose racist Judges like Colleen McMahon, and to purge the system of bigots. Judge McMahon's assaultive remarks about Jacob can never, for any reason, be justified.
Past injustices suffered by the Jews such as the holocaust should not be forgotten as we proceed into the 21st century. The lesson we learned from the past is the need to walk the sometimes difficult path of denouncing the bigots hateful remarks with all our power. Words can be harmful. We encourage everyone concerned with the issue of racism to join us actively in resisting and countering racist remarks and ideas wherever they may be found. We also encourage organizations devoted to anti-semitism to join our effort. Together we can clean up the system.

These guys were a bunch of ganovim. They were doing racketeering, money laundering conspiracy, mailfraud, wire fraud and bank fraud. It's nice to hear that he got out and I hope that he learnt his leason, but please this guy is no angel. I don't care how nice of a guy he is, he is a crook and he got what he deserved. The government was only able to prove that they stole $5-6 million but it was probably more. Go get a job like the rest of the world. Enough with the chillul hashem. I hope he finds a shidduch and his wife is smart enough to keep an eye on him so that he won't ruin his future kid's lives when tatty goes to jail again.
And isn't it funny that no matter what type of criminal activity somebody does, the judge, cop, DA is always an anti-semite. They are keeping to the letter of the law and they are right. Don't commit crime and they won't have a way of acting on their anti-semitic tendencies and throwing you in jail.

WRONG! It is a lesson don't do crime cuz you will be punished. Where was HASHEM when samet did crime? Not thinking of his wife and children?
How foolish to say mazel tov and that hashem wanted him to get out.
He deserved punishment not because you are a jew you are holier than thou and think you can get away with crime.

By the way,to all you smug people who like to think things like this would never happen to you........I'm not saying you would be like Samet, but there are and have been plenty of people in jail for crimes way less than what you probably do with your tax returns. There is hardly a person that follows every single rule. What the government considers "rich" is barely getting by with our tuitions, kosher food, etc.... I'm not saying it makes it right but that's just the way it is. And if Hashem wants you to get in, he finds a way to have htem find "somthing" on you. If Hashem doesn't want you there, you can take way more from the governmenet or anyone else and not be caught. So don't be so SMUG!!

Read about
judge Colleen McMahon Here:
21 Century Anti-Semitism
It is quite appalling that in the 21st century Jews and some other minority races still subjected to discrimination, simply because of their race or religion.
Regrettably, some people have failed to realize or refuse to believe that all human is one family and are equal beings.
Recently in the United States, there has been a surge in racial tension and violence. Some of this is a result of racial and insensitive remarks by high profile figures. These remarks do not help in race relations, it helps promote racism and acts of violence. More recently in the news, there have been reports of nooses being hung in schools and swastikas being drawn in Jewish synagogues and cemeteries.
The disparaging remarks by a Federal District Court Judge, Colleen McMahon, about Jacob in her recent journey book, carries a racial overtone. Her remarks are very disturbing. Jacob is regarded by the Jews as their founding father and Judge McMahon described Jacob in these terms;
"Jacob always struck me as someone worthy of a kick in the pants, never mind crack on the hip. Jacob was a liar, a cheat, a trickster, a cad, a coward, a thief and an ingrate. He was envious, arrogant and crafty. He played favorites."
This is absolutely not a fair and unbiased description of the Jewish founder. Her remarks are an act of racism and the Jewish people deserve an apology from her. Judge McMahon's remarks in conjunction with her conduct towards Jewish defendants who have appeared in her courtroom showed that she is a racist Federal Judge.
We should always be mindful of the holocaust. The remarks made by Judge McMahon are very hurtful and have the potential to promote acts of violence against Jews.
Detailed discussions about Judge McMahon's remarks and conduct towards Jews are represented in a recently released publication entitled "Crusade by a religious activist in Federal Court". The evidence of her racism is overwhelming, as you will see when you read this publication.

She wants to show she not prejudiced against Jews so she let Hollander go but is keeping Samet in. Excepting possibly Enron, he got one of the longets sentences ever given, and this after making restitution. Read Colleen McMahon book to find out who she really is. (read it at the library, don't buy it.)
