Marseille, France – A French man was arrested Tuesday for his involvement in publishing a photo of a man making the “scoop” gesture – widely known for being a gesture of anti-Semitism – in front of Ohr Hatorah school in Toulouse, the site of a mass murder of three Jewish children and a rabbi in 2012.

Libération Société (http://bit.ly/1iMbC4W) reports that 32-year-old Joe le Corbeu, also known as Joe Crow, was arrested in Marseille and charged with “incitement to racial hatred.” He has no former criminal record.
On his website, the graphic designer offers a press review and videos devoted to Judaism, the media and others who embody “global governance.”
The site also serves as online shop for personal production of “Joe Crow” paraphernalia, including a book that was awarded a “scoop gold” by French comedian Dieudonné.
The scoop was invented by Dieudonne. He has seven convictions against him for inciting hatred against Jews.
Le Corbeu’s Facebook page has more than 15,000 followers.
