Berlin – Representatives from the anti-Zionist group Neturei Karta (NK) met with a high-ranking member of German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s office last week in Berlin on International Holocaust Day with the intent of stressing to the German people that Zionism does not represent Judaism.

NK rep Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss told the Greman official during the meeting that the “Holocaust was a divine punishment for Jews because Zionists didn’t want to follow God and wanted to turn into independents.”

can anyone point out exactly what was said in their video that you deem as heresy? They say things that are said in mainstream haredi judaism. That’s his opinion. I was told that the Holocaust was a divine punishment for two reasons: 1) because the Chareidim rejected Zionism. 2) the peyos of the members of the NK are too long.

Surely all you enlightened people learned at some point in your lives that had G-d not allowed it, the Nazis would never have even made it to the world stage, much less pull off the genocidal murder and terror that they did.
