Rockland County, Spring Valley, NY +Attempted Robbery of Deli+ Numerous police department are on the scene of an attempted robbery by a white male in his 40’s, of the RJS Quick Pick Deli at 99 South Central Avenue in Spring Valley NY, the perp assaulted the clerk and attempted to take cash from him but fled the scene with out any currency. A perimeter has been established, and Chopper-1, K-9 units and Sherrif’s are at the scene as well.

The perp Is In custody. He was hiding behind the nearby yeshiva. The school was evacuated.
