Alexandria, VA - Brooklyn/Staten Island Congressman Vito Fossella was arrested in Alexandria, Virginia, early today on charges of driving while intoxicated.
Fossella, up for re-election this year, is set to appear in Alexandria General District Court on May 12.

well u aint getting my vote.. what kind of congressman do we need if he cant obey the law... we just had one person nebach killed in PA because of some animal drinking and driving... he is so damn lucky no one got hurt or killed
