Nizhny Novgorod, Russia - Several graves in the Maryina Roshcha cemetery, including the grave of Nizhny Novgorod's chief rabbi Yuda Bershtein, have been vandalized.

Shimon Bergman, Chabad chief rabbi of the Volga Federal District, said law enforcement agencies have conducted investigative actions, but have still not found the vandals. Rabbi Bershtein's grave is often visited by the Jews of Nizhny Novgorod.
