Brooklyn, NY – Immediately following a wedding in Borough Park on Tuesday morning, a 65 year-old Orthodox Jewish visitor from Great Britain was attacked and injured in what some are calling a twisted version of the “knockout game.”

The victim was attacked as he left a wedding reception near 18th Ave. at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The attacker, who said nothing during the attack, simply took the victim by the head and smashed his face into the pavement, breaking a tooth and busting open his lip.
According to The NEW YORK DAILY NEWS (http://nydn.us/1g0A100) the NYPD said on Tuesday they didn’t think the attack was connected to the “knockout game” because the victim wasn’t punched, and this is being investigated as a bias attack.
Nebech, nebech. Yet another reason that people having chasanas should have some rachmonus on their guests and not end their weddings at crazy hours. You are litterally putting your guests lives at risks.
No description of attackers?
To be fair, he could have left earlier, and/or with other people. But this is nasty. Refuah Shleima to the victim.
a wedding at 2:30 am, this is ludicrous
NY just isn’t safe. Move to a different area where walking on the streets isn’t sakanas nefashos…
It never happened; he just fell down.
