The Dunkin' Donuts on Ave M and East 15th Street offers Cholov Yisroel Milk. There are other locations as well that do to.

If all you're looking for is freebies, you can bet no one's going to want to do business in your areas. If you put/keep them in business with regular $$$ visits, you may get some occasional freebies out of them.
