According to Newsday (http://bit.ly/1kQ4Etk ), Nassau County police say 29-year-old Jimmy Henry of Freeport conducted the sales from the parking lot of the Merrick Post Office.

He faces charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal sale of marijuana.

The post office declined comment, citing privacy laws.

It wasn’t immediately known if Henry had a lawyer.

Two people who allegedly purchased the marijuana were issued appearance tickets.

The idiot was conducting his business in the post office parking lot! Should’ve delivered it to the customer’s mail boxes, then nobody would find his behavior suspicious.

Also, look at the picture. Obama Kush? Is this some kind of a racist remark?
