Monsey, NY - An Orange and Rockland Utilities crew was working to restore power for 290 customers in a Monsey neighborhood.
A tree limb brought down power lines on Smith Hill Road just after 3 p.m., spokesman Guy Pfeifer said.
The wind most likely brought down the limb, he said.
Pfeifer said 5 p.m. was the estimated time for power to be restored to the area.
