“Abducting Israeli soldiers is a top priority on the agenda of Hamas and the Palestinian resistance,” Haniyeh reportedly said during a conference. “Negotiations with the occupation have failed.”

According to the Palestinian news agency, the Gaza leader called the end of recent US-backed peace talks an “unquestionable fact.”

It was announced earlier this month that Israel will not be releasing the fourth batch of 26 terrorists it was to have freed in compliance with Palestinian preconditions for the current round of peace talks.

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni told chief PLO negotiator Saeb Erekat that the decision was made because of the Palestinian decision to apply for admission to 15 international treaties and conventions.

Being that Hamas is the legit and elected officials by the Palestinians, this new decree to kidnap soldiers should be enough as a declaration of war.

The Israelis must invade them now, before its too late!
