Purina One has launched a new pop-up promotional cafe called ‘cat café’ in NYC in an effort to bring about awareness for cat health, and also to possibly find forever homes for 16 lucky cats from the North Shore Animal League Shelter.
The café, located on 168 Bowery in Manhattan, serves baked goods and lattes along with one-hour visits with the cats. Patrons can enjoy a “Cat’achino” that contains foam in the shape of a cat’s face while making friends with the adorable visitors.
Cat lovers who don’t live in the area can watch the cats mingle with the coffee house patrons via the live stream offered during the café’s run from April 24-April 27.
