Police said that since Rabbi Engel, 41, was put on report on June 3, moves have begun to prepare a prosecution brief and he will be brought before the courts to answer those charges.
Rabbi Engel has remained in Adelaide after a protracted row with his former employer, Adelaide Hebrew Congregation, over his termination, which was settled in the synagogue's favour last year when the South Australian Supreme Court ruled that his contract with AHC had ended.
Rabbi Engel first came to Australia from the United States as a Chabad shaliach in the 1980s and worked in Sydney's Chabad community before returning home.

THIS IS TRUE, HE is a fine person and honest. The AJN (newish jews) are NOT to be trusted, unless of course you want some good movie reviews.

No one is above the law, and Rabbi's especially should uphold societies highest moral values. Defrauding the governement certainly does not come under that category.
This fraud happened. Whether or not you believe the AJN, it is naive to live in such denial.

As someone who knows Rabbi Engel very well, it would be very unwise to jump to any conclusions now. Rememeber, according to the din, the Rashah, who told the police, wich makes them a Mosser, could be killed by the din of the Torah.
Besides that, the board didnt like b.c. he was A)Chabad (i.e. to frum for them) B) had too big of a family (2 boys and 3 girls).
The board it self, consist of three people marreid to goyim, (it goes with out saying, no shomer shabbos), ochlei nveilois U'treifois.
The jewsih news people call if either A)Newish Jews or B) Jewish Z'nus, hence it's reliabilty in reporting these storys. Over a half of Machlokes in Austrlia (kamus and eichus) had been fanned by the pages of the AJN (Australian Jewsh News). It is a rag that i would not even use for toilet paper. AHC has a visiting Chabad rabbi from Melbourne so your theory on "they didn't like him because he was Chabad" is wrong too. Too many children? Nonsense, who might be saying that.
You just can't accept he did something wrong.
The "mossers" are not mossers because the Beth Din was told first in 2006; the Beth Din did not deal with fraud. The Ethnic Schools Board did; the government did.
Speak to the parents about whether they believed him sending his fake reports to their children's schools was a danger to their children's welfare. A person who protects a child is not a mosser.
The lies you are repeating confirm to me that danger.
