Video of the destroyed car showed it had large red stickers that read “TV”. The killed driver, Hamed Shehab, 30, worked for the Gaza-based news website Media 24. (http://media24.ps/)
A Media 24 journalist told Reuters that Shehab was occasionally called in to work as a driver when news events warranted.
The Israeli military had no initial comment on the strike, and a spokeswoman said she was checking for details.

Don’t like it? GET OUT OF OUR COUNTRY
As usual, Reuters reporting unsubstantiated stories by local “reporters”; really propogandists used to spread lies about Israel. All they need to do is stop shooting rockets and Israel will stop striking back – its quite simple. Why is the civilian population of Gaza not pressuring Hamas to stop the rocket fire? I’m afraid the answer is they support it, encourage it, and like it. That makes them all accessories to the crime.
Get used to it, in war it is called collateral damage or in your case cola rectal damage
Casualty of war. That’s the chance you take when you are in a war zone.
And better yet – we are supposed to believe that this is true? Never trust an arab source.
Hey, there’s a war on. It happens.
Sounds like this car was targeted. We don’t know who this person driving really was. The IDF usually gets their man.
Yup. They transport missiles in ambulances too.
No secret the Arabs YEMACH SH’MOM hide amongst the people. Maybe be was one of them?
The problem is that the dib give will apologize oto fast.
“Targeted”? That goes to state of mind. How does this “reporter” know the intention of whoever fired that ordinance?
It’s always a civilian and an innocent. There are no terrorists in Gaza. But somehow, the rockets keep flying into Israel.
he probably was an innocent civilian. It will unfortunately happen sometimes but should not deter Israel from doing what it has to do.
