New York – Political insiders and Democratic party leaders in New York say that the fallout from last week’s New York Times report on Gov. Cuomo’s meddling with the Moreland Commission has put a major hit on the governor’s hopes for a 2016 presidential bid, while prompting a boost in fundraising for his Republican opponent Rob Astorino.

NYPOST.com (http://bit.ly/1l6Ufcg) reports that Democratic insiders have been calling the scandal a “political game changer” and a “Cuomo nightmare,” while those close to Cuomo have described the governor as “humiliated” and “paralyzed”in the wake of the Times’ report.
A close Cuomo source said, “If Cuomo had a good argument to make he’d make it, but he doesn’t know what to do.’’
Aides to Cuomo’s Republican opponent for governor Rob Astorino said the Westchester County Executive saw an “uptick” in support over the weekend, pulling in $500,000 in fundraising.
Gov. Christie refused to help Rob Astorino sayong that Rob Astorino had no chance. Now he’s looking a little stupid.
Why not just pit Cuomo against Christy, and the scandals will cancel each other?
Dream on Brian Lehrer. I know Cuomo ain’t one of your WFP progressive candidates. You will only be happy if the prestigous Mayor De-Blassio and Senator/ Proffessor Warren are preisdent. But sorry most of us want centerists and support Governer Cuomo.
Please please PLEASE let this idiot get the 2016 democrat nomination!
