Ankara – Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has promised the safety of Jewish people living in Turkey, saying they are citizens too and the government is responsible for their lives and their property.

In an interview with the Daily Sabah (http://bit.ly/1pwdOvN) on July 24, Erdoğan stated, “we will never let Jewish people in Turkey get hurt.”
The prime minister said he urged Jewish leaders in Turkey to publicly protest Israeli “aggression” and that the Israeli administration abuses Jewish people worldwide for what he calls their fraudulent policies.
He said that the Turkish Presidency of Emergency and Disaster (TİKA), the Directorate of Religious Affairs and prime ministry do what they can to help not only Gaza but all people oppressed around the world, saying, “No one can set the agenda of Turkey in accord with their own interests anymore. This is a new and independent Turkey.”

Turkey is a love of its own change and its own change for its discovery of hate. They have not proven wise in times of distinct planning of human trust. Another day in Turkey. Lets hope that they do have some decency and humanity in the Erdogan submarine of lost views and discovered hate. Another year and we will see if Turkey has any dignity.

It is an interesting dichotomy. Some Muslim countries espouse terrible anti-Semitism yet the Jewish residents of those countries don’t want to leave. There are still thousands of Jews living in Teheran.
