Ferguson, MO -A preliminary private autopsy has found that an unarmed black teenager killed by a white officer in Missouri was shot at least six times, including twice in the head.

The New York Times reports (http://nyti.ms/1mZThz0 ) that the autopsy by Dr. Michael Baden, a former New York City chief medical examiner, found that one of the bullets entered the top of Michael Brown’s skull, suggesting that his head was bent forward when it suffered a fatal injury.
The shooting has spurred a week of rancorous protests in suburban St. Louis.
Baden told the newspaper that Brown was also shot four times in the right arm and that all the bullets were fired into his front.
Baden did not return a message left by The Associated Press earlier Sunday.
The most important part in this autopsy for me is that the fellow thief lied about the circumstances.
I guess only part of the story was lifted. When i read it elsewhere, the story clearly mentioned the REASON his head was forward was because he was running AT the cops.
No doubt this was a terribly tragedy, killing an unarmed black petty thief.
But what are the protestors after? What’s their end game?
The cop was still wrong and overreacting.
The cop, Darren Wilson is toast; he will never work for any law enforcement agency again. He is looking at some serious jail time, both at the state, and at the federal level. Incidentally, the street that the deceased and friend were allegedly walking on, is a very narrow street. It is not a major thoroughfare. If that cop had only asked the two of them in a nice way to move to the side, this horrible incident would have been avoided. Instead, he yelled and cursed at them to move to the side, and came after them, when they didn’t comply.
Does the number of shots really make any difference? The police have the authority to shhot when necessary. If the man was going for the cop’s gun, the shooting was probaby justified. Either way he’s dead and burning down stores won’t bring him back.
