GardaWorld armored car services picked up the cash at Revel on Aug. 6.
An incident report obtained by The Press of Atlantic City ( http://bit.ly/VDsBgj ) says surveillance video showed the bag holding the cash on the rear driver’s side roof as the truck left Revel. The bag was still on the roof when the truck pulled away from nearby Resort’s Atlantic City.
It’s not clear where the bag fell off.
GardaWorld spokesman Joe Gavaghan says the company is investigating and cooperating with law enforcement.
Revel will close its hotel on Sept. 1 and its casino on Sept. 2 because of financial problems.
Someone should check if there was suddenly some recent big baal tzadakah at BMG or other mosdos in Lakewood.
like tell me why did they put the money on the roof? sounds a bit on the stupid side to me……
