NYPOST.com (http://bit.ly/1BFTO2X) reports that Judge Neil Firetog spoke directly to accused, 45 year-old Julio Acevedo, through a video feed, telling him “On Oct. 14, I will bring you to Brooklyn. We will be doing a hearing on the 14th and pick a jury on the 15th.”
Acevedo stands accused of killing Nachman and Raizy Glauber and their unborn child in a grizzly March 3, 2013 crash in Williamsburg.
Authorities estimate Acevedo’s car was traveling in excess of 70 mph. when it broadsided the cab carrying the 21 year-old Glaubers.
Acevedo, who fled the scene, became the target of a massive manhunt before ultimately being apprehended in Pennsylvania.
I am sure that soime liberal nut jobs, including Jews, will cry crocodile tears for this low life who should be executed so that we are all spared of him and his ilk.
He has a big chance to walk free if the frum community will avoid to serve as jurors.
