Kerry arrived in the Red Sea city of Jiddah on Thursday and held talks with his Saudi and Bahraini counterparts.

He is expected to meet later in the day with officials from across the Gulf Arab region as well as envoys from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Turkey to press his case for greater regional support.

The U.S. already has launched more than 150 airstrikes against militants in Iraq over the past month, and has sent military advisers and millions of dollars in humanitarian aid.

Hey, the man in the ridiculous dress – is he the same “prince” who was their foreign minister (such as he is) back in 2002 or 2003? Remember how when he was flying to America to meet with President Bush and Colin Powell, he requested (more like demanded) of his hosts that that there be no female air traffic controllers during his flight. What a holy man! He is up in the air, still bothered by women anywhere on the ground having to do anything with his flight. Needless to say, his request was swiftly denied; the savage was told that you can’t do those things in our country. Basically, President Bush showed him a finger. (Barack would likely bow down to below that savage’s waist).
