Monticello, NY - Hatzolah responded to a head-on motor vehicle accident at 350 Broadway at the Fialkoffs Colony parking lot, requested Medics on a rush and a chopper to respond for a patient with serious head and eye trauma from object inside the vehicle.
Chopper Life Net-75 responded landing zone at the Apolo Mall on East Broadway

This is so sad. These tragedies can be prevented if everyone is more cautious, more patient, and drives slower..May they have a speedy recovery.
