According to the New York Post (http://bit.ly/1nLpMY1) Geller claims not running the ad violates rights of her American Freedom Defense Initiative. The ad in question reads, “Killing Jews is Worship that draws us close to Allah,” followed by, “That’s His Jihad. What’s yours?” The ad shows a picture of a man with a scarf over his face.

The MTA says that they allowed five of the six ads in Geller’s campaign to run on over 100 buses and subway stations, but that this ad would “imminently incite or provoke violence.”

A federal court ruling in 2012 under the First Amendment states that MTA cannot block controversial ads but can stop ads that may incite violence.

MTA is right. I think the ad provokes Jew-killing.

Pam Geller is correct with the message and the MTA is correct for refusing to run it.

Pam Geller is provocateur and an agitator who doesn’t care that this will provoke antisemitism. A Jew should not be in the forefront on something so sensitive as this.

Pam Geller, just go away and don’t put Jews in NYC in danger with your incitement.
