Odessa, Ukraine, where American businessman Asaf Yagudaev was murdered in an apparent robbery
The American couple who are from Tampa, Florida where on vacation in Ukraine, the wife claimed that a perp enterd their hotel room and robed them, and killed her husband.
The wife is being held as the main culprit in her husbands death.
Chabad-Lubavitch Rabbi Avraham Wolff – the city’s chief rabbi and Misaskim from New York is working with the family and city authorities to bring 52-year-old Asaf Yagudaev back to the United States for a proper Jewish burial – the murder took place between July 5 and 6, but police officials did not release any information until this week.

I did not want to comment when I first saw this but I suspected foul play from the beginning. While there is anti-Semitism here in Ukraine, this is:
1) Not a typical anti-Semitic act.
2) Not a common occurence in largely crime free (not counting organized crime) Ukraine.
I suspected a different sort of foul play but I knew something was not right here.

why isn't it possible that the man really was murdered by an intruder, and that the antisemitic ukrainian police wish to pin the murder on the wife, so that they don't have work hard to bring a low life criminal to justice?

Some posters on this article surely would make good detectives. If so - provided the community of bloggers on here are consistently the same - why not apply the same genious to understanding the implication of a Hussein Obama presidency given his record in the Senate (mostly marked by absences when an issue of importance was put to the vote, a record when he was present reflecting an affinity with the Radical Socialist agenda. An engineer in place to further the infiltration of anti-American/anti-Semitic interests certainly does not serve the continuity of America as it seeks the dissolution of democracy. Again, coming from someone who lives in Ukraine - if he had been murdered by an intruder, the cops would have done nothing. Alternately, they would have arrested some homeless alcoholic or even found a dead body and claimed that the murderer was already dead. And if there were a setup, there would now be another article in which Rabbi Wolf would be working for the wife's release.
And regardless of any other very real incidents, this is not the MO of an anti-Semitic hooligan. They don't enter hotel rooms to kill - they stab on the street, beat up bochurim, vandalize shuls etc. Most are skinheads and other freaks who would not get past hotel security in a million years.
