Clinton appeared at a Manhattan rally Thursday with Cuomo and the Democratic lieutenant governor candidate, Kathy Hochul (HOH’-kuhl).

Clinton, who lives in a New York City suburb, said Cuomo is the “right leader at the right time.”

The rally was run by the Woman’s Equality Party, a political organization founded by Cuomo.

Clinton is considered the presumptive front runner for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination if she decides to run.

Cuomo has also been touted as a potential candidate but is unlikely to mount a bid if Clinton runs.

Cuomo is facing Republican Rob Astorino, the Westchester County executive, in the Nov. 4 general election.
