Washington, D.C. – Declassified records, interviews, and information gathered through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests show that top U.S. intelligence agencies, more notably the C.I.A. and the F.B.I., actively recruited and employed Nazi war criminals post WWII to work as spies and informants in the Cold War.

NTIMES.com (http://nyti.ms/1suqg02) reports that in some instances investigations by other U.S. legal departments into suspected war crimes committed by Nazi informants were intentionally stalled by F.B.I. and C.I.A. heads in order to protect their undercover spies.
Records show that in one particular instance, top aide to Adolph Eichmann, SS officer Otto von Bolschwing, was relocated by the C.I.A. to New York City along with his family in 1954 as a “reward for his postwar service.”
I did not know about that one but SS general Gehlen was hired by Allen Dulles, far worse than social security payments
This is most definately stale news…at least 50 years stale.
It was a issue that was openly discussed in the 60s, when Wernher von Braun, a former German rockect scientist who led the research on the Nazi V1s and V2s, became the top aerospace scientist/engineer for NASA…where he was Director of the Marshall Space Flight Center, and chief designer of the Saturn V rocket that launched the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon.
It came out then the extent to which both the Soviets and the Americans utllized former Nazis for intelligence and technical services.
The irony is…B”H we did.
