The publication ranked the 15 strongest armies in the region while noting the size of the countries’ respective defense budgets as well as the latest geopolitical tumult and its impact on military strength.

“A close defense relationship with the US and an energetic domestic defense industry give Israel a qualitative edge over all of the region’s other militaries,” the report stated.

“Israel has space assets, advanced fighter jets, high-tech armed drones, and nuclear weapons. Its air force has incredibly high entry and training standards.”

“Pilot to pilot, airframe to airframe, the Israeli air force is the best in the world,” Chris Harmer, a senior naval analyst at the Institute for the Study of War, told Business Insider.

Harmer’s research was partially used to rank the militaries of the region.

“Israel also has one of the region’s most battle-ready armies, a force that has fought in four major engagements since 2006 and has experience securing a few of the most problematic borders on earth,” the report read.

“Israel’s military has also never attempted a coup or ruled the country directly, unlike several others on this list. Thanks to Israel’s small size, the military can rapidly mobilize its reserves on relatively short notice.”

Turkey was ranked the second most powerful military in the region, followed by Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen.

This will be spun as a negative – the leftists will scream and cry that the Israelis are too militarily powerful and are upsetting the military balance in the region, and that they have no right to use such force against the poor, harmless Palestinians.

Plus, Israel has talmidei chachamim, which one day will be turned into massive killing machines…when Hashem shows up.

Jeremiah 30 – Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it; and it is a time of trouble unto Jacob, but out of it shall he be saved. ..in that day … I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bands; and strangers shall no more make him their bondman. all they that devour thee shall be devoured, and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

Micah 5 – Israel among nations… to be as a young lion among the flocks of sheep… treadeth down and teareth in pieces, and there is none to deliver.

Malachi 3 – Then shall ye again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth Him not.

Is this the reason why they always have “nisim” when they are at war?

True, however, Israel is still a tiny country. Israel has no B-52 or B-1 bombers, the type that are needed to destroy Iran’s multiple nuclear facilities.

Saudi Arabia being 3rd behind Israel and Turkey? Who are they kidding? 1000 Israeli trainees could overcome that wretched country in the course of one busy afternoon. Goes to show how reliable some of those studies are…

What this report fails to address is… what if, Heaven forbid, 2 or 3 local countries gang-up on Israel at the same time?
Is Israel still stronger than Turkey and Saudi-Arabia combined?
And what if Egypt and/or Iran plus Hamas and Hezbollah also join the fray?

During the Yom-Kippur war (1973) Israel overcame multiple armed-forces (with emergency help from the U.S.)
Not only were there then a terrible amount of Jewish casualties, but my question is, is Israel STILL stronger than a COMBINATION of enemies?

Of course we know that Hashem is in control. I just wonder, B’derech Ha’tevah, what this report would say.
