Someone should go take that down! We Jews don’t have to hang up our dirty laundry in public! Why do all the goyim have to see what a few sicko’s think of Eretz Yisroel??? We have enough of our own problems.

THis should be an internal matter, not for the Goyim to laugh at.

You have a problem with Zionism? First define Zionism. To me, it means the love of the land of Eretz Yisroel. Period.

You have a problem with the people that live there? Look at the Gedolim whi lived there since Churban Bayis Sheni and fight with them, not with me.

You have a problem with Tzahal? THese are the boys that put their lives on the line so that the Yidden that live there can live their lives in relative peace.

You have a problem with the government? So does everyone else. The way to change the government is to vote in a new Torah observant government. And, as an American, I cannot do that from here.

I also think that the government makes it hard to

frum people to live, but look at the alternatives, if you live in Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, etc

zionism does not represent jews, but sadly israel has come to represent us all. israel bribes jews from abroad to move to that horrible place because they fail to satisfy their own citizens, so under the guise of doing a mitzvah, people are guilt tripped are then bribed to live there. americans especially are brought in to make babies which israelis do not do and serve in combat which israeli do not do. they also bring in millions of russian christians who draw swatstikas make problems but serve in the army.

jews should unite in the diaspora and stop focusing their efforts and donations on that bootleg jewish state.

brooklyn is a better home for jews than the jewish country that frees terrorists into the hands of those who celebrate them for murdering jews.

Its good that the non-Jews do not equate Zionism with Judaism.

Badatz &/or Hisachdus have taken out ads, to the same effect, in the N.Y. Times on numerous occasions.

This poster is not about Eretz Yisroel just like Zionism is not about the love of Eretz Yisroel.

Zionism is an idea. It’s an idea that leads the political agenda of every major country in the world. For 1 reason or another, Zionism is considered a ‘problem’ that needs to be dealt with and is not an issue that creates much Kiddush Hashem.

We Jews have our own agenda and that is to push forward the survival of Jews being loyal to the teachings of the Torah.

Unfortunately, today Jews are synonymous with Zionism which contradicts the teachings of the Torah in every way possible.

Judaism is Zionism. To deny it is to deny Hashem yisborach’s hand in history.

The fact that the nation is returning to its land in spite of massive and violent opposition proves it.

The fact that a plurality of Jews live in Eretz Yisroel now, and with present demographic trends it will be an outright majority soon, proves it.

A quote of something that Elya Weissfish from the Neturei Karta wrote me a few years ago followed by a translation:

“Anachnu Yoidim Heitev Shemah shatoh oimer al hooilom hachreidi zeh emes lfi zeh ikar milchamteinu hayoim hoo im ha agudoim v’chu hm’karvim atzmam ushar shomrei Toirah l'”tzionus hadatit”.”

“WE KNOW WELL THAT WHAT YOU SAY REGARDING THE ORTHODOX WORLD IS TRUE. THUS, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR BATTLE TODAY IS AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THE AGUDA, WHO ARE COMING CLOSER (to the positions of), AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE TORAH-OBSERVANT JEWS, TO RELIGIOUS ZIONISM.”

That battle is over. The Torah camp has accepted that it’s Hashem Yisborach’s hand. Only a few wild weeds who must not believe in hashgacha pratis say otherwise.

    Danny,

So soon after Parshas Shlach, and so close to when the Meraglim gave their report, you want to call Eretz Yisrael a “horible place to live”? True, there are things that could be (much) better, but your comment is pure Motzi Shem Ra.

Judaism is Zionism? Give me a break!

Judaism is Torah Sh’biksav, Torah Sh’baal peh and the Shlchan Aruch. Period.

Throughout history there have been many movements that have tried to position Judaism with something other than the Torah. You don’t have to go much farther than modern history — Maskilim, Yiddishism or just some sort of religious promiscuity in the form of Reformism or conservatism. What was left of these movements were millions of assimilated Jews who no longer identify themselves with their heritage.

The pillars of Zionism is about nationality, a flag, a language or some sort of national symbolism. K’chol Hagoyim Bais Yisroel.

Zionism disparages religious Jews and is most contemptuous to anything and everything that has the slightest scent of religion. It supports homosexulaism and by virtue of religious equality allows every religion on earth to practice freely — including paganism.

Is this hashem yisborech’s hand? Does the fact the Christianity has succeed in building a following of 1 billion constituents make them part of hashem yisburech’s hand in history too?

The fact that a majority of Jews live in Ertez Yisroel makes the current state of security in their only more frightening. Between 1 and 2 million Jews live in New York. Does this make New York a quintessential Eretz Yisroel?

Nor does the fact that so many real and so-called gedolim live in Ertez Yisroel make Israel a legitimate “nation under God”.

What about the thousands of real gedolai torah throughout history that have written thousands of seforim guiding us on the right path until today. Have they viewed yiddishkeit as a nationality too?

Only Heinrich Himmler could turn off the liquidation machine. It was in 1944, the year of the assassination attempt on Hitler, when Reichsführer Himmler took over as commander of the Reserve Army, that he authorized me to propose an exchange: one million Jews for 10,000 winterized trucks with trailers. The World Jewish Organization could decide for itself what Jews it wanted to choose. We asked only that they get us 10,000 trucks. Thanks to Himmler’s directive, I could assure them, on my word of honor, that these trucks would be used only on the Eastern front. As I said at the time, “When the 10,000 winterized trucks with trailers are here, then the liquidation machine in Auschwitz will be stopped.

In obedience to Himmler’s directive I now concentrated on negotiations with the Jewish political officials in Budapest. One man stood out among them, Dr. Rudolf Kastner, authorized representative of the Zionist movement. This Dr. Kastner was a young man about my age, an ice-cold lawyer and a fanatical Zionist. He agreed to help keep the Jews from resisting deportation and even keep order in the collection camps if I would close my eyes and let a few hundred or a few thousand young Jews emigrate illegally to Palestine. It was a good bargain. For keeping order in the camps, the price of 15,000 to 20,000 Jews – in the end there may have been more – was not too high for me.

Except perhaps for the first few sessions, Kastner never came to me fearful of the Gestapo strong man. We negotiated entirely as equals. People forget that. We were political opponents trying to arrive at a settlement, and we trusted each other perfectly. When he was with me, Kastner smoked cigarettes as though he were in a coffeehouse. While we talked he would smoke one aromatic cigarette after another, taking them from a silver case and lighting them with a little silver lighter. With his great polish and reserve he would have made an ideal Gestapo officer himself.

Dr. Kastner’s main concern was to make it possible for a select group of Hungarian Jews to emigrate to Israel. But the Arrow Cross, the Hungarian fascist party, had grown strong and stubborn. Its inspectors permitted no exceptions to the mass deportations. So the Jewish officials turned to the German occupation authorities. They realized that we were specialists who had learned about Jewish affairs through years of practice.

As a matter of fact, there was a very strong similarity between our attitudes in the SS and the viewpoint of these immensely idealistic Zionist leaders who were fighting what might be their last battle. As I told Kastner: “We, too, are idealists and we, too, had to sacrifice our own blood before we came to power.”

I believe that Kastner would have sacrificed a thousand or a hundred- thousand of his blood to achieve his political goal. He was not interested in old Jews or those who had become assimilated into Hungarian society. But he was incredibly persistent in trying to save biologically valuable Jewish blood, that is, human material that was capable of reproduction and hard work. “You can have the others,” he would say, “but let me have this group here.” And because Kastner rendered us a great service by helping keep the deportation camps peaceful, I would let his groups escape. After all, I was not concerned with small groups of a thousand or so Jews.

At the same time Kastner was bargaining with another SS of official a Colonel Kurt Becker. Becher was bartering Jews for foreign exchange and goods on direct orders from Himmler. A crafty operator, Becher had come to Hungary originally to salvage a stud farm which the SS wanted. He soon wormed his way into dealings with the Jews. In a way, Reichsführer Himmler was Becher’s captive. Becher showed me once a gold necklace he was taking to our chief. There were other agencies, German and Hungarian, which tapped Kastner for foreign exchange in return for Jews, but I held aloof from money affairs and left the material transactions to Becher.

Men under Becher’s command guarded a special group of 700 Jews whom Kastner had requested from a list. They were mostly young people, although the group also included Kastner’s entire family. I did not care if Kastner took his relatives along. he could take them wherever he wanted to.

Kastner hid the Vrba-Wetzler report from Hungarian Jewry, who he helped lead to believe that the death trains were merely taking them to resettle. He knew (unlike the rest of Hungarian Jewry) that they were death trains.

Kastner (to quote a Zionist/Israeli court) “sold his soul to the devel” by selling all of Hungarian Jewry to Adolf Eichmann in exchange for his crony train.

And after the war, Kastner testified in Nuremberg in SUPPORT of several Nazis, in their war crimes trial. He got some Nazi’s ACQUITTED.
