The police had months to prepare for this. A department would have to be very bad at its job to let this happen a second time.

Why is the answer to a supposed tragedy (not weighing in on whether or not it is tragic but we can assume it is) to destroy other’s property and wreak havoc? Protesting over a lost life by ruining others seems to be the least logical response imaginable.

Thank you to the reporters and photographers for their good job of inciting the unemployed teenagers to burn and loot .These kids have nothing better to do than destroy other peoples livelihoods It gives them some excitement in their humdrum lives. They were egged on by the media that wanted a good hot story to show on t.v. Can’t everyone see how it works?Just listen to the media people salivating as the riot began. Now there’s something big for a story and they can sell pictures to the newspapers.

These people have destroyed the very stores that theyu shopped at. Serves them right if the owners don’t rebuild and reopen.

This is the first time I saw a DA trying to explain why someone is innocent.

Had the DA tried a fair shot to indict the Police officer, the same way they do to ordinary citizens?

A grand jury only sees what they’re presented (by the DA), were they presented all the evidence? Was there an effort to present all the evidence the same way they would try to convict any other individual?
