Tokyo – A conservative Japanese daily on Saturday apologized for carrying an advertisement for books by an author who claims Jewish people were behind the country’s 2011 earthquake-tsunami disaster.

The advert ran in a November 26 regional edition of the Sankei Shimbun national newspaper, and promoted the works of Richard Koshimizu, a self-styled journalist and activist who also blames Jews for the September 11, 2001 terror attacks in the United States.
Koshimizu has claimed the Holocaust was a “fabrication” designed to establish the state of Israel.
“It is extremely regrettable that an advertisement of this content was carried and delivered to our readers, and we deeply apologize to readers and the people of the Jewish community,” Sankei president Takamitsu Kumasaka said in a statement published in the paper.
“It was obvious there was a fault in our screening of advertisements,” he said.
Kumasaka added he had received a letter of protest from Abraham Cooper, associate dean of Jewish rights group the Simon Wiesenthal Center over the advert.
“The Sankei considers the Holocaust by the Nazis as an unforgivable, heinous crime and does not side,” the president said.
The Sankei said the ad was in the Tokai/Hokuriku edition covering central Japan, which has a circulation of 5,000 copies.
It just does not seem credible that the Sankei Editors did not know about the content of the vicious anti-Semitic lies, contained in its publication, prior to it being published. The only reason that there was an apology, is because its lies were exposed. Isn’t it odd, that this same newspaper wouldn’t dare publish the DOCUMENTED atrocities which the Japanese Imperial Army and Navy perpetrated against hundreds of thousands of civilians, as well as Allied POW’s, during World War Two?

The guy running these ads is truly a meshuganah gamur. His thesis, outlined his website, is that the earthquakes that hit Japan, and a few other recent natural disasters were deliberately caused by U.S. naval exercises setting off huge underground nuclear explosions near Japan etc. He then proceeds to link those efforts to an American financial plot lead by 97 year old David Rockefeller and his landsmen who are really Jewish because the Rockefellers were originally sephardeshe yidden living in Spain during the inquisition who converted to save their lives and then moved to Europe and were geshtuppen the Rothschilds etc. You can’t make this stuff up and some Japanese advertising manager simply failed to read the text of the ad??? I think not.
Imagine the power we have? We cause earthquakes and tsunamis ….they should all be shaking in their boots! If we are so powerful they should be hiding 24/7
