New York, NY – A six minute cell-phone video obtained and posted exclusively by The NY Post, shows the chaotic moments where Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu two Brooklyn cops who were gunned down Saturday.

The video captures the mortally wounded officers on the ground near their patrol car surrounded by two dozen EMTs and officers who are desperately trying to save them.
Dozens of investigators are seen swamping the area, after the wounded officers were carried away at high-speed entourage of police cars, lights and sirens blaring.
