Gateshead, England – An 18-year-old UK teen who sent a text to his friend saying he was going “Jew bashing” in July 2014 made his court appearance with three other teens for beating an Orthodox Jewish man in what they admitted was a racially aggravated assault.

The Daily Mail UK (http://dailym.ai/1D3pL3W) reports Balawal Sultan, 18; Kesa Malik, 19; Hassnain Aliamin, 18; and a 17-year-old boy attacked the 41-year-old Orthodox Jewish man just after midnight on July 18.
The three teens hid behind a van before chasing the victim down the street. The victim then tripped, and the teens surrounded him. The victim screamed “I have done nothing to you,” and one of the men pulled his foot up as though he was going to kick the victim in the head.
A family friend heard the screams and broke up the altercation.
The four men first claimed they had only been looking for a mosque in the area, but one of them later admitted the violent act was spurred by the clash between Israel and Palestine.
Prosecutor Bridie Smurthwaite said the four men purposely traveled to Gateshead with the intent of attacking a Jewish community member.
All four teenagers pleaded guilty to racially-aggravated common assault in court.
Well, thanks to this case, the age old question of what the Jewish people are has been answered: we are a race. I personally find this odd because I wouldn’t have thought Ethopian and Ashkenazic Jews were a single race but this is no longer in doubt. Thanks UK!
