New York - NYPD Posting Officer In United Arab Emirates |

New York - The New York Police Department is posting an officer in Abu Dhabi, one of the United Arab Emirates.
Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly announced the posting on Tuesday, saying he had struck a deal with the Persian Gulf nation to share expertise on security measures and intelligence on possible terror threats.
The department already has officers stationed in 10 other spots around the globe, including London, Madrid and Amman, Jordan.

Great idea place police close to the perps.
UAE is also trying to stop extremists in their midst and can use some expertise in US law enforcement.

They also have someone in Israel as well. With the current short fall of officers I think that they would do better by patrolling our local streets and leave that stuff to the agencies responsible. Local PD's should be just that - local.

The UAE is a major business hub, for many reasons, of course oil is a major factor. But they also don't have any taxes, meaning the government doesn't take money from the working people and give to the lazy bums. The more taxes these Socialist Democrats in the likes of Barack Hussein Obama, will put on working class people, the more we will start looking like a third world country and the UAE like a first world country. Here's a brief economics lesson:
Money must come from somwhere to go somwhere.
The UAE gets their money by overcharging for oil.
So in essence they are taxing us to pay for their "deadbeats".
Now here is a social science lesson.
The UAE has a huge social services system. Their poor people are getting at least as much government assistance as our impoverished people.
And U.S. citizens are paying for that.
I don't see a connection to B. Obama.

firstly, they don't have nearly such a large percentage of their population living under a politically established poverty line, like we have in the usa
second, their government may have a social service system, but evidently its fiscally responsible, the budget is balanced.
third, their government unlike ours is self supporting on its own resources and run like a real business, no confiscation and transfer of wealth by the government for political gain.
fourth, here's the economics lesson my friend, they are not overcharging for oil, the market sets the price, supply and demand
put obama in office and you will be paying well over 50% of your income, for him to ingratiate himself w iththe parasites in our country

You are basically right about obama ingratiating himself with the parasites--but he has stated that he will Not stop at "fixing" the US, but has plans for the rest of the World, as well. US soverignty will be subservient to the will of the United Nations- he has many times said so.

And most UAE residents are not Arab.
