While their email service never caught on to the level of, say, Yahoo or Gmail, the folks that have been using their Sprint email addresses for years are going to feel very inconvenienced.

everyone who has a sprint phone has one, but they probably don't use it. i myself only use it for promotions that require a new email address to reuse.
