The three are charged with beating several victims at Wal-Mart on Anawana Lake Road in the Town of Thompson on Thursday night as was reported first on VIN News.

One of the victims had been beaten so badly that police said he had fractures to his face.

Police said the attackers had shouted expletives and made reference to the victims being Jewish.

Witnesses reported a vehicle fleeing the scene and a deputy spotted it on Rt. 17 driving at a high rate of speed. They were stopped and taken into custody.

All three have been arraigned and were remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.

The victim with the facial fractures was transported to Westchester Medical Center via Hatzolah ambulance.

Punish these holligans to the fullest extent required by the Law.

Ant-Semites are not going to get away with this crime no matter what. Arresting their parents is also a good idea, since they probably learned their HATE from HOME.....

Preaching hate, even intentional hate, is legal so long as you don't committ a crime on the basis of that hate. Hateful, racist and anti-semitic feelings, and even such speech is legal. Acting on those feelings is not. The parents of these teenagers cannot be arrested or charged with any crimes even assuming that they preached hate in the home, while the teenagers can be arrested or charged for acting on that hate.

The important thing (besides refuah Shelemah) is that this be prosecuted as a hate crime so they do serious time. There is sometimes an attitude among law enforcement people that it was just kids and making a big thing out of it will ruin their future. I hope they remember that the victim will feel this and see it in the mirror forever.

Here's a radical idea which no one is discussing. They will not be "cured" in jail, which is filled with haters of all stripes, making them worse. Why don't some avrechim or askanim go visit them, talk to them, give them a different impression of Jews? That impression may outlast the years of abuse they are about to get. When they come out, they'll want to "get even".

Their should be no crime called "hate." Governments have gone too far in controlling the people. These politicians can't give us decent roads with less traffic let alone take trillions of dollars and regulate us into oblivian. We shouldn't hate, smoke, pray, use oil (our current only lifeblood), eat french fries, etc. They have to educate our kids, want to take over our entire health care system, for God's sake, they're everywhere. I'm tired of it! These cowardly terrorist punks should do 25 years for attemted murder. Throw the damn book at 'em. It doesn't matter what the hell they were thinking or saying. They beat people up. Get them in jail and put them to work in a chain gang for a quarter century.

This is all loshon hora to publicize their names. What about being Dan L'kav zechus on these guys. Aren't they innocent until proven guilty? Maybe it never happened and maybe they did teshuva. It's Elul raboisai. Even if they did do it we need to be moichel them and let them go back home. I'm sure they learned their lesson. If they remain arrested then what will happen to their families and shidduchim for their siblings? Won't they be shamed? Why is there a double standard for us?

I'm not surprised this happened... we know the goyim in the Catskills don't like us.

What I am surprised is that those bachurim did not fight back and teach these hooligans not to mess with Jews.

It should be a lesson to all of us to wake up and fight if this happens again.
