New York – The New York Police Department is looking for two suspects in connection to a string of air pump thefts from gas stations in Brooklyn and Queens.

Authorities say the 17-incident chain started on December 29, and the most recent incident was on April 3. In each instance, the suspects use vehicles with tow hooks and chains to take coin-operated air pumps.
The pumps have had anywhere from a couple hundred to a few thousand dollars.
They should empty out the machines every evening or even twice a day.
A few thousand dollars? Who are they kidding?!! ONE thousand dollars is FOUR THOUSAND QUARTERS!!!
