Manhattan, NY - Hatzolah on the scene in front of the Marriot-Financial Center Hotel at 85 West Street near the entrance to the Battery Tunnel for a pedestrian that was struck, members on the scene requesting additional units on a rush.

I always wonder how Hatzolah gets called to these incidents in non-Jewish neighborhoods. Presumably the pedestrian who was struck was unable to call. So who calls?
