NYDAILYNEWS.com (http://nydn.us/1MibJCF) reports in an EXCLUSIVE that prosecutors from Brooklyn DA Kenneth Thompson’s office moved to dismiss DUI charges against Oliver Wiggins last week after the tox-screen from blood tests taken voluntarily by Wiggins proved zero traces of alcohol and drugs.

Wiggins contends that the DUI charge was trumped up by embarrassed cops on the scene after the police-issued SUV they were driving, without the use of sirens or flashing lights, ran the stop sign at Glenwood Rd. and E. 43rd St. at 1:30 a.m. in Flatbush on April 19.

Due to blatant inconsistencies in official police reports filed by both cops at the scene and the NYPD Highway Division, Mr. Wiggins’ attorney has fired off a letter to DA Kenneth Thompson’s office requesting an official investigation into the matter.

If this had happened in a different neighborhood there would be riots and looting…

Things like this do happen and the blue coverup is usually not pierced.
As for the comment about th eneighborhood, I agree but look where this happened. I guess this happened at a quiet time.
