New York City - A Big Apple real-estate titan who has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to New York politicians, and many 'Tezdokah' organizations was busted in Yonkers for carrying a witch's brew of cocaine and painkillers.

Multimillionaire E.. the CEO of a major real-estate firm in NYC, and a major stakeholder in several large corporations, was charged yesterday with possessing 703 Oxycontin pills, 352 Xanax pills and more than four ounces of cocaine.

He was arrested in his car at 2:19 p.m. Friday afternoon after an off-duty sergeant spotted him swerving on the Saw Mill Parkway and notified Yonkers police, sources said.

Responding officers allegedly found E trying to stuff a plastic bag with a quarter-pound of nose candy into his glove compartment.

E, 43, told cops at the scene he was "a real-estate mogul who lives in a small house in ......., NY," according to a source.

He was arraigned yesterday on two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

E.. had no legal representation at his arraignment and entered no plea. A judge remanded him to jail until his next court appearance on Monday.

E.., ascended to the city's real-estate elite in 2001 when he bought the iconic Citigroup Center for $725 million.

At the time, the purchase of the blue-glass skyscraper on Lexington Avenue by a relatively unknown realtor sent shock waves through the industry. He sold his share of the building for $100 million in 2006.

While amassing a real-estate empire, E.. has given generously to politicians and political committees, both nationally and locally. In the 2000s alone, he has given $317,950 to New York state campaigns.

E. has donated millions to many Jewish charity organizations, by some estimation his net worth is more than $1 Billion.

It doesn't matter who the owner of said stuff is in NY State. If you posess the stuff, you go to jail. Posession is similar to ownership and being observed trying to hide or otherwise dispose of stuff when pulled over by a state trooper or a local constable is grounds for ending up in front of a judge or magistrate. Whether his enemies or friends are involved only matters if they were with him at the time of the stop.

Yankel, according to the story he doesn't have enemys, but lots of friends. Are you kidding, right?- He was swerving his car, and stuffing contraband in his glovebox....but its all just a mis-understanding...perhaps he was just holding it for a friend. The man didn't get to be a billionaire by being just any old dumb "Yankel"
