Innocent until proven guilty is the basis for the democratic judical system which prohibits the finding of guilt where one's constitutional rights are violated. So if he was not preperly mirandized before he was arrested the indictment would be thrown out - but it dosent mean he didnt molest the kid - it only means that the judicial system failed and a criminal does not have to answer for his crimes because of a mistake in the applying of the law. I assume that people who do crimes and just happen to have big beards who daven in big shuls and get honored by big dinners can't do horrible things.

It would be nice if these people who hide behind the jewish cloak were wearing no yarmulkehs, and did not daven in an orthodox shul when they commit their sick crimes so we would not have to be "shocked".

The important things is that ppl shouldnt think "ah, this is just another family dispute" it's not! some ppl just can not believe that something like this could even happen because they have been sheltered (B"H) all of their life and they could not imagine such level of abuse by a loved one, a person who is supposed to PROTECT you from all wrong doings, uses his position, his power, to do just the opposite and violates all the trust in the world for his own dirty desires...

Well, to those ppl I say again: BE THANKFULL! Be thankfull to hashem that you can not even understand it, it means you had BH a good life, but please understand that this CAN happen and obviously DID happen.
