We're not sure what fell, but since the building is undergoing a massive rehab, we have to say that it was very big, fell from a great height, or both!
And last week there was another shattered back window right outside the building.
Whatever is going on, the building is attracting an astounding number of complaints to the Department of Buildings, including one that may be the situation above: A caller referring to a car damaged by a "concrete block that fell." The inspector's report says "no damaged car at location."
While this all gets sorted out, perhaps parking (and walking) on the other side of Kent Avenue is in order.

I Brisk Walk down Kent Ave always and there is always debris on that side of 184 kent Ave .its a hazard to walk past 184 kent Ave it sounds as if the owners dont give a hood if a person gets injured or chas vesholem killed .Someone said that the building is owned by a yid.
